Dr. Turner's practice is dedicated to providing comprehensive, cradle-to-grave family medicine.

Turner Family Health is using an innovative model called a micropractice to ensure the health and well-being of every member of your family.

As a former patient of Dr. Turner from Stonechurch Family Health Centre or a current patient of Dr. Creatchman, you can register with Turner Family Health using our online booking system.

Dr. Turner is not accepting new patients outside these two groups at this time.

Turner Family Health does not have a receptionist, so online booking is the key way to make, change, or cancel appointments.

If you require telephone appointment booking, please speak to Dr. Turner or call and leave a message on the voicemail so that special arrangements can be made.

Most appointments are booked for 15 minutes. One issue can be addressed in this visit. You may be asked to book an additional appointment if there are multiple issues.

You may be asked to use the automated blood pressure cuff or scale when you arrive in the exam room.
